Pretty convenient place to stay in Pemba for a business trip. I have staid there many times. Still efforts needed to recover the bright of 10 years ago. This time the main issue has been that the bed was not clean.

Terribly disappointing
terribly disappointing, not what it used to be. Hotel was empty, breakfast was second-class, air con broken, welcome letter addressed to someone else, main restaurant closed, poor service. Not worth it. Business travelers to Pemba should try the new Hotel Raphael,very good value for money.

Grand hôtel conçu pour recevoir un grand nombre d'hôtes. Très beaux espaces mais à entretenir de façon plus stricte. Personnel parfois très aimable, parfois absent, comme s'il était laissé à la dérive sans suivi stricte. Bel hôtel avec une belle piscine et un bon buffet petit déjeuner. Superbe plage qui longe les chambres. Spa excellent avec jacuzzi. Personnels particulièrement respectueux et nmbreux Le bémol c'est qu'il n'y a aucune activité au sein de l'hôtel et à l'extérieur: prévoir un bon livre!
