Um desastre
Chegamos no hotel a não houve preenchimento de ficha ou pedido de identificação, cheguei no quarto só tinha 2 camas, tive que trocar, jogaram no quarto com banheiro com problema no sanitário, banheiro não foi lavado no tempo que ficamos hospedados, camas de alvenaria, colchão ruim, as fotos que estão no site nao corresponde ao quarto que ficamos apt 330, pode pedir para comprovar, infelizmente um decepção

Hotel na média
Bem localizado, mas em rua sem asfalto, com muito lixo no entorno. Hotel limpo, tem restaurante terceirizado, café muito bom. Mas, equipe desorganizada, sem gerência. Perdem chave, camareira esquece de deixar toalha, as cobertas e lençóis são de solteiro, mas a cama é king, estava em obras, pedreiros, pintores vão embora a tarde e não limpam a bagunça, etc… Mas o custo benefício é razoável.

Adorei a estadia
Gostei bastante da estadia no Miola, tudo bem organizado e limpo, ambiente extremamente agradável e com jardins, piscina enorme e limpa todos os dias. Eles precisam apenas atentar na jornada do cliente para encantar mais e tornar a experiência incrível, exemplo: deixar no quarto um card com informações importantes sobre onde está a senha do wi-fi, horários, telefones úteis, etc... Pois tudo a ser falado pela recepcionista ela pode esquecer e muita informação assim que chega pode passar despercebido.

O quarto não condiz com as fotos colocadas no site. Não possui sacada, não tem local para pendurar as roupas para secar, após a volta da praia. O banheiro esquece. As fotos não são a do banheiro. As portas do banheiro são de vidro. A de entrada do banheiro pequena, muito menor que o próprio portal, sem tranca. A do box, bate no mármore, avisei inclusive na recepção se quebrasse não poderia fazer nada. Desalinhada. Decepcionante.

Férias do Casal
Viajamos em lua de mel, ficamos no periodo de 15 a 20/06/2024. Infelizmente o hotel não atendeu nossas expectativas, a limpeza não era a das melhores, vazamento de agua no box para fora do banheiro, problemas nas lâmpadas do quarto, tivemos problemas na água quente, aparelho do wifi do quarto estava quebrado e bastante mosquitos. Acreditamos que o hotel estava passando por reforma, pois o grupo Miola comprou em novembro/2023. O café da manhã estava excelente, bem completo e com bastante variedades e funcionários atenciosos. Esperamos que em breve o hotel esteja bem estruturado e no padrão do Vila Miola. Uma dica para quem for em época de chuva, todos os Ubers informaram que a região do hotel (rua) há possibilidade de alagamentos.
