Great Stay at Stratford Inn, Convenient & Comfort
We stayed at the Stratford Inn while in town for a basketball game at Southern Oregon University. It was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with restaurants, a grocery store, and shops all within walking distance. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location made it easy to explore Ashland. Would definitely stay here again!

best hotel service & amenities for the best price
Indoor pool & hot tub open til 1am, complimentary breakfast was great, service was excellent, & they even let me do late check-out at 12p for no extra cost. The Stratford Inn is themed around the Ashland Shakespeare Festival & the building itself is historical, so it isn't like...super fancy or "modern". It has character. They have a whole cafeteria where they serve breakfast in the morning with lots of tables, chairs, and windows as well as a cute little outdoor patio area for in the summer time with a BBQ grill for guests to use. I live locally, but when I need to get away, I prefer the Stratford. It has the best amenities & service for the best price.

This was one of our more delightful hotel experiences. The hotel is really lovely, with an indoor pool that our kids loved and a STELLAR breakfast buffet. But what made it really special was the staff, who were genuinely warm and thoughtful.
