I dont recommend it. There were over 5 night clubs in it with loud music until 4 am everyday. The front desk are not friendly at all. I asked for an iron twice and they ignored me.

We found the staff rude and unhelpful, we were disturbed by a women yelling at 3.30am one night for about 20 minutes, no apology or explanation as to what was going on. Bell service was a rip off, we asked for a taxi and he put us in a private car wanting to charge us a premium price. We booked a tour through the hotel and wasn't what we paid for, had to pay extra on the tour for some extras and we were put in the two back seats with no leg room for over 3 hours. When we asked for a partial refund the concierge was disinterested in our experience and said that was the price for busy time, even though it wasn't a busy time. Food and Beverage staff at breakfast were unfriendly and appeared like they didn't want to be there. We were told on arrival they were doing renovations we were not aware of so there would be some noise during the day. Overall very disappointing and won't stay there again.

Dear Sir. Too much going on in this Hotel , Is it a entertainment center more than hotel , My Shower was not properly working , Whole night until 4 morning , Drum was banging on my head , no smoking but my room and whole hotel was full of cigarettes smell , they have rented all the empty spaces for sports bar like in the pool area and lobby area .

This place is only for people who want to party until late. i couldn't get any sleep cuz the night clubs in the hotel were blasting until 3:00 am. I had asked for a non smoking room but the room smelled really bad as if someone had smoked. This hotel is not 4 star as rated on Expedia. more like 3 star
