The Fitch team was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast options from the menu were very tasty but it would be nice to have something fresh as an addition to the buffet selection, e.g: salad leaves or tomatoes. Overall, it was a good family stay.

A brand new stylish hotel which has thought of many aspects important to the customer. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The large TVs were a bonus which had netflix etc- this was a nice treat. The beds were very large and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, whereby they would have many buffet options available and also a la carte. The pastries and cakes were delicious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with guest requests. There are restaurants and attractions nearby. Spinola Bay is my favorite. It is conveniently located near public transport and other walkable places. It is just at the bottom of the lively strip so there is not much disturbance from the young crowd. The pool wasn't operational due to just been built so we were able to use the Hilton resort which was very nice and had a resort feel. The Fitch hotel ticked alot of boxes and we had a wonderful 10 night stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly terrible experience. First off, the lighting in the room was awful; it felt like I was living in a cave. The bathroom was barely furnished there was a serious lack of furniture, and there wasn’t even a single electrical outlet in the bathroom ! To make matters worse, I discovered a live millipede in my bed. When I reported this to the manager, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He mocked me and brushed off my concerns by saying that it could happen. I was very afraid there didn’t change my room but only the bed sheet. The location of the hotel is the only slight positive aspect, but even that was compromised by the incredibly noisy street filled with bars and clubs, making it impossible to get any peace in the room. Additionally, the pool was a major disappointment; The jacuzzi was even colder than the pool, making it completely unusable. The staff’s professionalism was nonexistent, and their English skills were horrendously low. They failed to uphold their promise regarding payment; they charged my card two days before our arrival, which was completely unacceptable. No one attempted to resolve these issues, and the manager didn’t even bother to listen to my complaints. The customer service was dreadful, and I ultimately had no choice but to change hotels. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place! No compensation or solution given

Un excellent choix !
Chambre avec un équipement moderne, très design. Petit-déjeuner varié et de grande qualité. Personnel très à l'écoute et aux petits soins des clients. Vue latérale sur la mer. Belle piscine sur le toit avec vue panoramique. Transports publics à proximité donnant un accès rapide à toutes les parties de l'île de Malte, au ferry à destination de l'île de Gozo, offrant des liaisons directes vers l'aéroport. Un hôtel à choisir sans hésiter si vous souhaitez à séjourner à Malte. Un seul point pouvant et devant être sérieusement amélioré : la Direction devrait intervenir auprès des autorités, de la Police, pour éviter que des personnes mal éduquées puissent faire du bruit dans la rue devant l'hôtel entre 3 et 4 heures du matin ; sur les 10 nuits que nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel, ce problème s'est répété à 6 reprises.

The rooms are really fancy, with just a few minor issues, likely due to the recent opening. As for breakfast, there were a few training hiccups and some missing items in the buffet, but overall, the food was satisfying and delicious! I highly recommend this place for its great location and hassle-free stay. An amazing experience for a hotel that's just getting started!

Hotellet var utrolig fint og bra beliggenhet, men det ser ut til at de har rushet med åpningen. Det hang løse ledninger på rommet som plutselig var kuttet av, og bassenget åpnet ikke før min siste dag av ferien. Dette ble jeg ikke opplyst om før kvelden før ankomst. Vi fikk tilgang til et annet hotell med basseng som kompensasjon, men dette var et stort resort som var svært folksomt og fullt av barn, alt jeg ønsket å unngå på min ferie. Frokosten var eksemplarisk, servicen var helt ok. Jeg fant en pose med drugs på mitt hotellrom, noe som for meg et helt uakseptabelt. Den eneste tilbakemeldingen jeg fikk på dette var "ok, vi skal rapportere det". Velkomst-brevet på rommet var også med en annen persons navn.

Cheiro horrível
Este hotel é novo, mas tem problemas gravíssimos. O nosso quarto cheirava a esgoto e no segundo dia, acordei várias vezes com um cheiro intenso a urina, não havia nada a fazer, há um problema nos esgotos e têm que ser reparados. Nós dias seguintes dormi com a janela aberta, melhorou, mas o cheiro a esgoto era intenso assim que entravamos no quarto. Estragou por completo a experiência. O serviço de quarto era mau, não repunham a água e o café, para além e ainda ter lixo dos visitantes anteriores. Bateram à porta às 8h45 da manhã. O pequeno almoço é bom, tem qualidade embora não tenha muita variedade e não tem frutas. Os rececionistas eram simpáticos, mas não fizeram nada em relação às nossas queixas.

Ein sehr stylisches Hotel mit äuge fürs Detail. Jedoch wurde das Hotel wahrscheinlich erst gerade eröffnet, es fanden immer laute arbeiten in der früh statt. aber es wurde dann teilweise Vorsicht genommen nach einer Meldung bei dem personal. 2 mal kam die Putzfrau rein während ich noch am schlafen war, sie waren ein wenig stressig. Die Dach terasse und der Pool waren nicht verfügbar, was ich für eine Frechheit halte das es nicht erwähnt wird bei der Buchung. es wurde zwar ein Pool auf einer Terrasse eines anderes Hotel ni 5 min fussentfernungn angeboten, aber für mich zu umständlich in dieser hitze. Trotzdem würde ich wieder hingehen.

Nel complesso buono!
Posizione ottima vicino al mare ed alla movida. Hotel in fase di restauro, la piscina ancora non e’ funzionale! Camera moderna e stile accurato ( nella mia camera mancava il bidet). La pulizia non era delle migliori, ma ho visto di peggio piu che altra molto umida! Personale della reception disponibile.
