The property location is very good and it looks very nice from outside, however the room (I've booked a standard room) very smelly as there is lots of moisture and the air was not that pleased, hard to breathe in. Staff were very nice.

Would stay again as clean and in a great location.
The location was great and close to the beach. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The view from the top pool was spectacular and worth the ride up. The bar staff didn't seem to want to give us towels and when we asked for them were given pieces of cloth instead. I was asked to give the wet "towel" back before leaving the area so I had to go back to my room in wet bathers. The breakfast wasn't very good but there's a nice cafe to the right when exiting the resort that opens at 8am. We ate there every morning. There's a backpackers across the road and we went to the bar which was fun. Our cleaner was lovely and very good. Some of the other staff weren't friendly. The property is very steep and unless you like walking up steep hills you will need to wait for a cart to take you up to your room. We had a nice room at the base of the hill. Would stay there again and ask for a room at the bottom. Stayed 6 nights.

Breakfast was not good. The bacon, sausages and food as normal need to be served hot was ice cold. The hotel in general was good and service good. Location was quiet and nice.

Well kept. Extremely friendly staff. Went out of their way to insist in all matters. Good location. Property itself on a hill but view is great. Awesome infinity pool. Only complaint was rooms refrigerator. They need to vent the cabinets..acts like an oven therefore refrigerator barely worked.

Well located property. Plenty of stairs and steep driveways, but the hotel has golf carts to assist customers. Check in was quite painful, as it took quite a long time (about 30 minutes) and we checked in at the nominated time. The room booking was also messed up and we had to return to reception to get sorted.

This property is located right at the heart of the town, with most places being within a level walk, such as the departure point for boats to Railay Beach, the night market and the many restaurants and bars. The staff were very welcoming, courteous and informative. The infinity pool is amazing, with spectacular views out to the sea. It also has a pool bar. Be warned, it is a steep, albeit short, walk up to the infinity pool, but there is a free buggy service that you can use if the walk is not appealing. The gym is very basic, with some of the equipment not working and outdated. We had a few minor gripes, such as the cups in the room not being replaced following the daily clean and our patio door was very hard to close. However, in general terms, this hotel is a great choice for convenience, location and comfort.

We stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon. The room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains and the ocean. It's located very centrally in Ao Nang, but yet it's private and quiet. We never tried the restaurant as it was quite expensive and never had any guests (bad sign). There were so many great places to eat nearby, so that was not an issue for us. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did a good job cleaning the room. We did ask the reception for advice on how to get around and they couldn't help us which we found a bit strange. All in all an okay place to stay. The place has great potential but could use a bit of maintenance.

We stayed in the ocean view jacuzzi room which was excellent. The plug was missing but the maintenance team sorted that immediately. Being on the hill there is a golf kart which takes you up amd down which was easy to use. The view was amazing! Location was perfect. Pool area was nice and quiet. The pool itself wasnt nice to swim in, too chemically on the eyes. The staff at the pool were clueless to say the least, although very polite. No organisation, half the menu unavailable and it seemed like most of our drinks were brought up from the main hotel so a slow service. Seems like a reflection on management n9t staff itself. Breakfast was awful! Check in and out was easy. Laundry service was also great.

The hotel is well ubicated, but the service is terrible. We were 2 people and they give you only one key. When I asked an extra one for my grandson (19 years old) the told me that they only had one. The safe box did not work. We had to wait more than an hour to get it fixed. My friend bought another day to stay, and asked to stay in the same room. They accepted. No one came to clean the room. And in addition the power did not work, that means, no AC in an extreme hot weather. They sent people to fix it, no result. Do not waste your money in that place.

• Cleaning room: bloodstain On floor when we moved in,still there Moving out. Comes 16-17 in afternoon, too late. No cleaning in bathroom for 3 weeks, had to do it ourself… • infinity pool: leaves, band-aids, suncream etc in water, have to order at the bar - nobody went around taking orders, no staff cleaning food/glasses trough the day, no Music or towels to lay on, order food and wait around 1 hour. • Mood coffee bar: Nice place but then cant evnen make café latte… • Staff: very friendly but slow • Sent e-mail before we went wanting to upgrade, never Got a reply • Breakfast: cheap. Not a single Thing was good. Toastbread and watered out orange juice. Went out paying for it every day.
