It's conveniently located near downtown and close to public transportation routes. The place is clean and quiet, and the staff is incredibly polite and attentive. The only downside was the breakfast. Although I paid for it, the chef was unavailable during our stay. Instead, we were given a breakfast voucher to use at a nearby hotel, just a two-block walk away.

The property is nice and cozy, the king size bed is amazing, the only thing I had to complain about is the room we were assigned to, was close to the main entrance and on the ground floor. We highly suggest requesting a room on the top floor as it shouldn’t be noisy.

Great stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed. Our room had a balcony directly over the pool. The view was nice and never got too noisy while we were there. And since we had no upstairs neighbors but a rooftop, it was very quiet. The hotel is near enough to walk everywhere, but far away to hide away and rest if needed. Sure will return if we’re ever in Mérida again.

Not what I expected at all.
The pictures that are posted do not portray the reality of the hotel. The hotel is just average, not very clean, found cockroaches upon arrival and there was no staff to clean the up so we had to do it ourselves. The pool area is unkempt and sad looking. The pillows are super uncomfortable, stuffed into too small pillowcases that make them stiff and hard. I was very very disappointed.
