Where is the value?
I do not understand why 1 night at a "budget" hotel costs $193. Two beds were fine; the air conditioner/heater was pretty noisy; the water for a shower was lukewarm. I guess I just don't get it.

Clean, comfortable, no full length mirror
We only stayed one night, we were in town for a wedding. The hotel staff I interacted with were courteous, helpful and friendly. My criteria for a hotel is that it be clean comfortable and affordable--I'm not looking for fancy or extras. This hotel checked all my boxes, and was right off the thruway, so also exceptionally convenient. My only complaint is that, while the room had a nicely lit mirror in the bathroom and a pretty octagon shaped mirror over the desk, there was NO full length mirror. As a woman getting dressed for a wedding, that's a pretty big deal. IME, hotels either have a well lit bathroom mirror or a poorly lit full length mirror, but rarely both. Get it together, hotel industry! Women want BOTH! Otherwise, though, highly recommend.

It was a last minute decision and we are glad we found this hotel. It has been renovated. I would have liked to have scene hard floors instead of carpet. But everything was new bed and pillows were fantastic. Breakfast was also good.

Probably not worth the price.
This was a bit of a strange hotel. Updated but our room had no working window shade. It had been left overextended and rolled down but it wouldn't budge. It looked like perhaps nobody had stayed in the room awhile maybe. Bugs where piled up dead in the sill from more then a few weeks. Its a rural hotel. So i thought well maybe the bugs are normal. But then i saw the window was covered in droppings. The bathroom door did not close either. It was heavy and swung fast and banged against the frame hard each time. There were marks and obviously nobody felt this is necessary to fix. The hotel itself was very nice, again with a few exceptions. The hot tub was broken, yet i booked the hotel the day before and no mention. The side door nearest our room was deactivated and didn't function. There were smaller issues too but I felt at the price, near $200 I probably should've stayed someplace cheap as this was no $200 hotel.

We left a small item in our room,and contacted the hotel. They said that they would mail it to us the next day. It never arrived, we were told they don’t know anything about it. Although they admitted to having it a week before. Staff was rude, we always stopped here on our trips Never Again
