Poor facilities, poor sanitation in the bathroom, may not come back to stay

The person was not in the front desk when we check in but we called and had the key in envelope to get in our room. The room is big and nice, we enjoyed it the first night until someone checked in next to our room in the second night. They talked loud and we could hear everything next door, that means the installation is pretty bad, the wall is thin. So if you have a hard time to sleep like us, I do not recommend this place but overall, the location is good.

The gentleman, Sam, at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, offering me a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room. Room is perfect for the price, can’t ask for much more.

I spent some quality time at Elevation Lodge with my family here in Tahoe during my recent trip. We choose this place based on the rating and it has place has totally lived up to our expectation fully. We were very much satisfied with out stay whether it was our room, customer service or anything else. Would stay again and recommend as well.

Rooms were great so was the service. Staff left no chance to made our stay more comfortable and memorable. Also property has very nice and peaceful atmosphere which was very relaxing for us.

This hotel could have been so much better. The blankets were not warm at all, which is weird for a place that is located in a snowy place. They did not have any soap. Just shampoo. Nothing really special. Just a place to stay.

Room was quiet, so we had a great night sleep. Perfect location for exploring the town, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Would stay again!

We had a express check in, room was warm upon our arrival, plenty of light in the room , microwave was there in the room to heat the food. Beds were comfortable and shower had a good pressure. Only thing lacking was breakfast which they don't have but since the location was very convenient there were lots of restaurant close by.

We felt like we completely wasted our money at this hotel. The room was unfinished, with incomplete wall paint, and the bathroom was in terrible condition—far worse than anyone would expect. The heater worked unpredictably, leaving us freezing throughout our stay. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve had in the U.S.

When I woke up in the morning, the bathroom floor was covered with ants. No man to speak of. The check-in process was horrible. They apparently leave the keys in lock boxes but I was asked to get back in my car and go to another property to pick up the keys from my room. I did not and I just took a key for a room with an open key box but apparently that wasn't good enough for them even though I did tell them and they seemed OK with it, they came to my room and asked me to move just as I was getting settled in. On my second day, I got a knock on my door asking me to come to the office and sign some paperwork But when I went to the office there was no one there… Two times . Avoid at all cost. It's a dump

Nice quiet and peaceful neighborhood what i really like about this property, luckily we got a room away from main street and it was super quiet at night. We really slept very well. Also location of this property is very good, we just walked to beach and many other attractions.
