Unique house with a ton of character. Room was huge. Loved sitting area out back. Very convenient to Duvall..Mallory Sq etc. Not a big deal but parking is a challenge. Would certainly stay again.

There are naturally challenges with a facility 134 years old and the owners have done a great job with this one -- decor was period correct and the amenities were excellent. Sophia was wonderful and a great addition to the property. Housekeeping was OK but not great. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well but the main bedroom was fine. Still left a tip for housekeeping though.

Perfect!
Absolutely the best spot if you want to be close to Duval. The staff are fantastic, the beds comfy and breakfast and happy hour are a very nice perk. We loved the soak pool at night. We’ll be back! Just a note- we stayed in the Sun Room and the stairs are steep. Didn’t bother us but it might be a challenge for some.

Fabulous B&B! We stayed in the spacious Anne suite. Hosts were all welcoming and gracious. Breakfast was amazing. Cute courtyard. Nothing at all bad about this stay. Would definitely do again. You get so much more than a bland ‘ole cookie cutter hotel. And if that wasn’t enough, the location is great too! Easy to get to shopping, dining, bars, boats, & beach 4 thumbs way up ❤️

Never stayed in a B&B before so this stay gave me a good impression on what a bed and breakfast is like. Beds were quite comfortable, we stayed in the Turret Suite. The decor was exquisite and detailed. Parking was an issue, however we used this APP SpotAngel and showed us 2 small strip that offered free parking. This B&B is in a lm excellent location and walkable to all of Duval St. The ladies at the check-in were wonderfully friendly. -Jimmy
