We had a lovely stay at this countryside property, about an hour from Rome. It’s very close to the highway, and parking is available inside the property, which made getting around easy. Despite the convenient location, it feels peaceful and rural—a comfortable place to get a good night’s sleep. This isn’t a luxury stay. The facilities are older, with the rustic character you’d expect from a farm. Breakfast is simple, with morning coffee and toast. What made our stay special was the people: they were kind, caring, and attentive throughout our visit. We recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet stay and a warm welcome.

il b&b appare un po' isolato. La struttura è molto grande. Decentemente curata anche se potrebbe esserlo di più.la camera che avevamo prenotato aveva l'aria condizionata guasta e ci hanno dato un'altra struttura molto più grande.Il letto purtroppo non era comodissimo e il bagno andrebbe rinfrescato. Anche la piscina andrebbe curata un po' di più ma fa comunque il suo. I proprietari sono forse la nota più positiva. molto gentili e disponibili. nulla da ridire. In generale consigliamo questa struttura.
