When I walked in to check in, the lady behind the desk did not even smile. The air conditioner in the room was not cool, and there was a light shining directly into our room at night and we could not close the curtains to block it out. At breakfast, the sausage was rubbery and cool. We left to eat elsewhere. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.

When I went in to check in the woman - I did not catch her name, was extremely rude. When we got to our room it was a single king- we needed a double bed. So, I went back down to switch our room.

Yuck is an understatement

The hotel is undergoing renovations, and that’s understandable. But it still was not clean. The lobby smelled of stale smoke. The room was full of dust. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Old toilets were near the dumpsters outside of our room. It was so bad, my sister and I canceled the second day of our stay.
