The worst you can get

20 mins walk to city centre ( don't trust the others, the Hotel is located at where Google shows ) Terrible condition - The room was old, extremely dirty. Bed sheet had stain and very uncomfortable, both of us felt very itchy all night and couldn't sleep well. Almost all furnitures were broken, no air-con in the room, only a small fan. It's cooler outdoor but you could not open the door as there were many insects. Poor wifi . If you are on a tight budget, better to bring your sleeping bag and sleep outside rather than staying in this room.

Reception Amazing, Hotel not so much

The best thing about this property is the staff. Sofia was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about things to see/do. She arranged a day trip for us which we really enjoyed. There is another young lady who works there, also very friendly. They do have a small kitchen where you can order breakfast items or dinner. The location is perfect! Watch the sunset from the property! Our only disappointment is the property is run down, needs new furniture, building maintenance and bathroom renovation. The rooms look like the fifties furniture and lighting. The pool loungers are wood with no cushion. The pool very clean but the pool deck needed a daily wash down. Awesome area for sunbathing with the right furniture.

Great find in Oia!

This is a really great find for Oia, the price is very reasonable and the rooms are HUGE. Ours had a queen bed plus two twins and still plenty of space in the room. The rooms were airy and bright, great sunset view. The bathroom is spacious as well. The pool was great, we used it twice every day! The location is also excellent, just a short walk to downtown Oia on the marked pathway. The owners are very nice and arranged private transfer for us with a local company arriving and departing, Nice to know our money went to support people actually living on the island. Would definitely stay here again!

A part La vue de de sunset 🌇 qui est formidable, La propreté, l’équipement ainsi que la communication avec l’équipe est terrible, l’ancien petit frigo nous n’a empêché de dormir toute la nuit ,la piscine avec la vue est très bien placé, mais j’ai très hésité de prendre même le café le matin à cause de la saleté, à la réception le Monsieur responsable nous a accueilli avec une cigarette allumé 🔥, l’odeur de fumée dans la réception est insupportable On est presque obligé de fumer 🚬 de façon passive Qualité prix/qualité est très expansive

Decent, but not good enough to be good

Good location, great swimming pool and amazing view of the sea not just during sunset. The old lady served really tasty breakfast and was one of the most plesant persons we met in Santorini. The room though, was not very clean, old furniture and leaking airconditioner is something to be improved. Would we come back? Most probably yes.

Super hyggeligt familiedrevet hotel. Det ligger perfekt i Oia med gåafstand til det hele. Det simple værelser, men alt fungerer. Dejlig pool, super udsigt sød familie. Vi vender tilbage næste gang vi skal til Oia.

Decent place near Oia and good value. Be careful on the room balcony/deck, the A/C drain allows water to drain on the tile and can be a little slippery!

This hotel was basic but excellent value for money. The pool was lovely, it was a great location to walk into Oia. The room had functioning air conditioning and a working fridge, with a mini market nearby. The staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us the following day to our next location.

Tres bon hôtel deux etoiles. Chambre et piscine propre. Un rafraîchissement est à prévoir au niveau de l’accueil et du mobilier au bord de la piscine. Chambre très correct. Nous avons eu une literie neuve et une salle de bain rénovée. Le frigo est un vrai plus. Quelques rangements supplémentaires dans la salle de bain serait nécessaire. Petit déjeuner très correct avec sucre/ sale boisson chaude et boisson froide. La situation géographique elle est excellente entre le centre ville d’oia, la plage et le port. Nous avons adoré. Rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Wir hatten eine wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, vor allem Margarita war wahnsinnig nett und hat alles dafür getan damit es uns gut geht. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen!

Smuk udsigt i udkant af Oia

Dejlig beliggenhed i udkanten af Oia, og med direkte udsigt til solnedgang på den anden side. Rigtig fin pool, også med imponerende udsigt. Tager 5 minutter at gå til byen, så intet problem.
