The property is awesome, clean, quite, non smoking environment, everything to give you comfort is in the room and professional handlers. The Manager listened and give help to their clients if it's within his capacity. I will recommend it to family and friends. It remains my best home anytime i'm in Jeddah KSA....

The best part about are stay were the friendly staff. The man on the desk was so helpful and kind. Couldn’t help but bring a smile to your face. Also, we lived being welcomed with Arabic coffee and dates. It was a wonderful introduction. To Saudi Arabia. Two things need improvement. Each time we returned at the end of the day our key tag didn’t work and we had to have it reset. And the second was the room service. It didn’t happen. We had to ask twice. But when we didn’t ask, we returned to uncleaned room.

Ok location and standards but not a winner

Check in time was listed from 14:00 PM, I arrived at 16:15 PM and had to wait until closer to 17:00 PM to get my room. At least they gave me complimentary breakfast one day as «compensation». The towel in my room made me look like a snowman after use. No hot water in the shower. Surely there must be better options around at the same price.

Ich war sehr zufrieden hier. Deshalb war ich auch 2 x innerhalb von 2 Wochen dort. Das Hotel liegt in einem Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und Läden. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmerwünsche werden, nach Verfügbarkeit gerne erfüllt. Parken ist unten in der hoteleigenen Parkgarage. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.
