They don’t have portable heater to offer the restaurant it’s for 9 to 4 pm only No lock on sliding doors so we don’t feel comfortable leaving our things on the room

My reservation when I arrived at the hotel, was not there , they gave me an emergency room after arguing a long wait, the room was smaller, with capacity for 6 people and not for 8 as I requested, the staff attention was terrible, I didn’t have towers , blankets , and when asked for them they told me that I had to go get them .
