The hotel is new and very conveniently located, it is probably good to stay for one night. But they really should improve cleaning, it’s not pleasing to find somebody’s hair in your bathroom. And don’t expect any housekeeping (though daily housekeeping was promised in reservation), even if you put on the sign “please clean the room”, they will ignore it completely. The breakfast is pretty standard, there is a kettle in the room. Wi-fi is really BAD.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a two-week reservation but had to leave after only three days. I believe that the services provided at your hotel are not suitable for foreign nationals and are more geared towards local residents. Despite having paid for the entire two-week stay, I found it necessary to leave due to the lack of house cleaning services and overall unsatisfactory conditions. I had hoped for a comfortable and clean environment during my stay, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I kindly request a refund for the remaining days of my reservation, as I feel that the level of service provided did not meet my expectations and did not justify the full payment made in advance.
