Lovely spot, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Porto! Basically like having your own apartment during your stay, and it was in a great area close to lots of restaurants and attractions! The manager of the property was very helpful and responsive as well.

Excellent location in historic Porto & close to metro & cathedral for start of Camino. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need. Only downside is that the street outside is very noisy because there are many bars with music around. The restaurant & bar workers throw noisy bottles into the recycling until 2am. Then the noisy garbage truck picks up the garbage at 7am. Earplugs & closing all windows & blinds did help.

Fantastic location and beautiful room - high ceilings, tall windows, characterful building. The stairs to the room are tall and steep, but wide, even, and well maintained. Communication about entry to the building was clear. The room was very clean, and it was nice having a kitchenettes. The only downside was the noise from outside - sounded like restaurants putting their bins out around 11 and then loud trucks of some sort at 5 in the morning. This was a Friday night- not sure if that happens every night, but it's worth noting if you're a light sleeper.

The view from the top floor is spectacular and the apartment is large. However, the floor was full of long black hairs. Other than that, the place was pretty clean. My guess is that the cleaning lady looses a lot of her hair, while working.

The room was spacious and bright with large windows. The building is old and with basic rooms, but very clean and everything just in place, air conditioning, mini fridge and small kitchen for the basic needs. The 5 star mainly goes to the location. Best location in the Ribeira area! just about 10-15 minutes walk to almost all must-see attractions. At the check-in Isabel helped very patiently with giving us the access to the apartment.

Although the view is spectacular and the bed is really good, the place needs a little bit of care. A broken mirror was never replaced, a shower hose leaked a lot, and most of all: the place was full or hair from previous guests or from the housekeepers themselves. A bit more eye for detail can make a big difference here. No real luxury, but the location is top tier.

My stay was great! Easy to access and very spacious. It had a kitchen area with stove, fridge and other utensils. Just keep in mind that it is located near a busy street which was great to get around and everything was walking distance. The only downside is that you can hear everything outside. It does quiet down eventually.

NO RENTAR ALOJAMIENTO Nuestra experiencia en este departamento fue muy decepcionante. Aunque la ubicación es buena, prácticamente fue lo único rescatable de la estancia. El estado general del departamento deja mucho que desear. Las paredes estaban descuidadas, con la pintura descarapelándose, las puertas no funcionaban bien y el piso de la sala estaba chueco. Además, el sofá cama era extremadamente incómodo, al punto de afectar el descanso de una persona. También hubo varios detalles básicos que hicieron la estancia muy poco cómoda: no había espejo en los baños, las toallas estaban sucias y tuvimos que subir nuestras maletas seis pisos, lo cual fue muy pesado y nada práctico. Otro punto importante es que no se puede llegar en coche directamente al alojamiento, algo que deberían advertir con claridad antes de reservar. Además, se escucha muchísimo ruido de la calle, y al estar en una zona concurrida, descansar se vuelve complicado. En general, no recomendaría este alojamiento. La ubicación es buena, pero no compensa las malas condiciones del departamento ni la incomodidad de la estancia.

Väldigt speciell lägenhet högst upp i huset, 5 våningen. Entrén var genom en glasad skärm som var uppsatt i trappan, helt öppen upptill. Det innebar att alla ljud hördes extremt bra från trappuppgången. Ingen hiss finns. Gammal lägenhet med massa skumma låsta dörrar som gjorde barnen rädda. Till och med på balkongen fanns en skum dörr. Alla var låsta med kändes lite konstigt. Ändå helt okej boende med gammal charm, lite slitet med väldigt rent. TV:n saknades och även speglarna i badrummen var bortplockade. Det bästa var utsikten från rummet och det centrala läget. Vi sov inte mycket pga tvättmaskinen som gick hela natten i våningen under. Det hördes som att den stod i rummet bredvid. Extremt irriterande!!!
