The staff was good except upon check in they made us wait until they were off their personal phone call, one team member was rude to my adult daughter when she went to all am amenities question and also had an incident with the same team member. Unfortunately during our entire two week stay we only had hot water in our room one time. They did try to accommodate us buy letting us go to a different room when someone had checked out before someone else checked in on the separate occasions. If I had stayed in a hostel that might be acceptable except that I have never stayed in a hostel not would I. In reality when booking a hotel room hot water is not an amenity. They really were apologetic don’t misunderstand me but, it was not acceptable. I am a senior citizen who had just had both knees replaced and a hip and the room they put us in had at least a 12 to 14 inch step down to even get in the bathroom. If my husband or daughter would not have been in the room with me I would still be stuck in that bathroom. Our daughter was there with us for the first of the two weeks and never got to take a hot shower once, she took cold showers the whole time. I struggled with this. Breakfast was good/adequate but it was literally the exact same thing every single day, which gets really old after two weeks, some variety would have been nice. The manager felt really bad and was very nice and helpful as was the other team member, housekeeping and the lady who maintained the breakfast were great
