Smukt hotel og meget venligt og serviceminded personale. Selvom indgangen til hotellet er en stejl og snoet rampe, så var det virkelig det hele værd. Husk at benytte restauranten på hotellet. Det var en virkelig fantastisk middag vi fik serveret. Kæmpe ros til kokken.

The view is simply amazing. The staff led by Eva and Giuseppe were beyond helpful, before, during, and after our stay. They recommended wonderful adventures and dining experiences. It is, however, a climb to get to and from the property, but the view makes it worthwhile.

Después de leer comentarios sobre lo complicado que es llegar al hotel, mi esposo y yo decidimos hospedarnos y averiguarlo, les diré que el hotel es espectacular, el servicio es increíble y la atención de Giuseppe y Roberto fue fantástica, en general todo el eprsonal es muy amable y amigable, te hacen sentir muy cómodo y bienvenido, las vistas son espectaculares, la comida en el restaurante es deliciosa al igual que el desayuno. En cuanto a la llegada, les recomiendo resguardar su equipaje en el puerto a su llegada y sólo subir con lo esencial para pasar su estancia cómodamente, mi esposo y yo sólo subimos con una maleta carry on y movernos en el fonicular y cuesta arriba al hotel fue muy sencillo ya que la avenida Tuoro es casi plana, llegando al número 11 de via Tuoro pueden contactar al hotel para que les apoyen subiendo su equipaje el último tramo que es el más incómodo por decirlo de alguna manera, eso sí no lo recomiendo para personas de la tercera edad con problemas de movilidad. Fuera de eso es increíble el hotel y lo recomendamos muchísimo si van en pareja.

30 ramps and many stairs to get from the gate to the reception. It's a vertical climb that destroys your will to visit the island or simple get out to have a dinner. Plan your day, get out and once you get back you have to stay there. But there is nothing to do in the hotel since the pool is also on the top of a vertical climb, has no services and is poorly maintained.

This place was amazing. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The outdoor pool was nice, the view on the terrace was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, pastries, cake, pies, meats, and cheeses. The only downside is that it is a pretty vertical 15 minute walk to get too. Worth it for the view, but tiring.

It’s was a beautiful hotel and an amazing. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The view was amazing but there wasn’t much options for the food at the restaurant or breakfast. There is quite a lot of stairs leading up to the hotel and it would have been nice to be informed about them beforehand. They organised a boat tour of the island for us which was good.

This breakfast was the BEST of our 2 week trip. The view is worth the walk - if you are fit. I enjoyed it. The internet didn't work and they had to keep resetting the router, and it would still shut off - so no wifi, and no TV. But the staff were very accommodating.

Hotel molto bello e arredato con cura. Ha un terrazzo con una vista spettacolare. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate dei confort necessari. La colazione è buona e il personale molto gentile. Unica pecca è che si raggiunge solo a piedi facendo una bella salita (non adatto a chi ha problemi di salute o non è abituato a camminare). Questo lo rende esclusivo ma faticoso da raggiungere soprattutto se si intende uscire e rientrare in hotel più volte al giorno. Diciamo che è adatto a persone "sportive". Ma una volta arrivati si gode di un bellissimo panorama, anche dalle camere. La piscina (che è ancora più in alto) è bellissima.

The view is gorgeous but the half mile trek uphill was undersold. They warn you that it’s a little trek but it is a steep incline )17-18 flights) to the center of town. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening due to the distance back/forth and got food poisoning from the seafood. Two days of our trip was spent stuck in the room. The charge to transport your luggage is ridiculous but necessary with the hotel being so far. Concierge did give good advice on ferry tickets.

Amazing Location and view. But a tough walk to the hotel. It’s up a lot of stairs, they brought the bags up from the path, but if you have any issues with knees, hips, lungs you won’t make it to the hotel. I have been in Capri three times and this was by far the most incredible view. Top notch h restaurant, amazing pool. But you need to be in shape to get there. Also don’t plan to dash back to hotel to grab something you forgot, plan to leave and come only once a day. Also call ahead so they meet you to bring up bags from road. 38 flight of winding stone steps. Definitely a memory but like I said be in shape.
