Esta propiedad es realmente una maravilla. Bien localizada, permite desplazarse comodamente a diferentes sitios y se encuentra cerca a restaurantes. Las facilidades de acomodacion son buenas y cuenta on un buen desayuno ademas de un excelente servicio.

propaganda enganosa, estadia num cortiço
O quarto é simpático, porém o estabelecimento fica num local horroroso, mais parece um cortiço, barulhento, sujo, com vizinhos de baixa categoria e educação, que gritam, falam alto, põe música alta, totalmente contrário do que se espera de umas férias tranquilas. Além do mais consta como estacionamento disponível, o que é uma grande mentira, pois se oferece espaço na rua (que na verdade não existe nas vielas de Palermo). E o café da manhã disponível é feito numa cafeteria próxima que oferece apenas 3 produtos - um café, um croissant e um suco ou doce. Frutas e iogurte nem pensar.

Im Inserat steht, dass ein Parkplatz inbegriffen wäre. Damit ist in der Regel ein Parkplatz auf dem eigenen Gelände gemeint, der sonst gebührenpflichtig ist. Nach meiner Anfrage, wo sich der Parkplatz befindet, tauchte Erstaunen vom Personal auf, da nur Straßenparkplätze inkludiert wären. Wie kann man Straßenparkplätze als „Parkplatz inbegriffen“ deklarieren? Abgesehen davon ist die Umgebung prekär, ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Vor der Haustür war ein freilaufender Pitbull, der scheinbar der Nachbarshund ist. Auf meine Anmerkung, dass da ein Hund ist, wurde mit „das ist der Nachbarshund - er ist ruhig“ geantwortet. Vor der Haustür begrüßte uns eine abnormal riesige Kakerlake, was nur untermauert, wie heruntergekommen die Umgebung vom Hotel ist. Vor der Haustür stank es extrem nach Kanal. Generell stinkt es vor der Haustür nach Kot und Urin, aber ich denke, dass Palermo generell so riecht. Im Badezimmer stinkt es leider auch nach Kanal und die Sanitäranlagen sind in den Ecken schwarz. Ich habe mich jedenfalls nicht wohl gefühlt mich zu duschen. Das Zimmer besitzt zwar einen Tresor, aber der war gesperrt. Man konnte ihn nicht aufsperren, um ihn mit einem neuen Code abzusperren. Die Fenster sind ohne Schallisolierung, was das Schlafen unmöglich macht, da die Umgebung sehr laut und asozial ist. In der Nacht bellten Hunde. Das Frühstück ist auch ziemlich mager. Es gab wenig Auswahl und insgesamt wenig Essen. Das Personal ist nett.
