Beautiful property! Pool felt wonderful, Esther does a great job with breakfast and coffee in the mornings, and the place is spotless! 6 blocks from Plaza Grande.

A nice oasis in the city
We spent three nights, the room was very comfortable, bath facilities clean, although it took a bit of time for the hot water to arrive to the shower. Breakfast was very good, made to order from a good choice of items. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and cool. The hotel is about a 20min walk from the central plaza. We did have a problem using our Apple devices with the WiFi. It could have been our fault because we electronically shared the password between our devices, laptops and phones, afterwards we couldn't access the internet because on each device we kept getting a warning that the device's IP address was being used by another device on the network. I would suggest manually entering the passwords on all your devices. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Merida.

Great experience with this hotel
This is a very good family-style hotel. The hotel looks like an ordinary house, but when you approach the door, you will see elegant decorations. The hotel is spacious, comfortable and clean. They provide a very good free breakfast. The two ladies are very friendly and provide everyone with a rich, fresh and delicious breakfast. The kitchen also provides us with great convenience every day. When you are hot and tired, you can go back to your hotel to get ice water from the refrigerator, bring back food and sit in the spacious kitchen to rest. It really feels as comfortable as at home. We traveled to several different places and stayed in hotels of different sizes. I really like this hotel.

Comodidad, paz y seguridad.
Es la mejor opción para hospedarse en Merida y sentirse a gusto como en casa. Las habitaciones super comodas, la cocina la cual puedes utilizar para cocinar tus platillos y salir a la alberca a comer, la atencion de Shrirley y Martha, indiscutible, súper atentas y serviciales. Super amables y accesible en todo. Espero ponto regresar para ocupar todas las habitaciones con la familia :) Increible estancia!

Excelente y acogedora estancia, te sientes como en casa. La atención dw Martha y Shirley en el desayuno, la limpieza, en general siemorw atentas y amables. Tel que recommandé par expedia j’ai pris contact avant d’arriver et finalement, il devait y avoir quelqu’un à mon arrivée mais c’était fermé à clé et sans réponse. De plus le wi-fi allait pas vraiment bien, c’était instable comme connexion.
