O local é lindo, os chalés são confortáveis, limpos, cheios de decoração e com tudo novo. A internet é boa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Os passeios são incríveis... O preço é justo! Ainda procuro algum defeito.

Fim de semana em Família

Segunda hospedagem no hotel, voltei e levei a família para conhecer, o ambiente super agradável, todos conseguem aproveitar, pena que quando fui acabou esfriando e não deu para aproveitar a piscina. Única coisa que seria legal melhorar é em relação a pescaria, não dá para pescar com a ração fornecida. Fora isso tudo muito bom 🙌🙌

Para quem procura tranquilidade é ótimo. Mas as opçoes de atividades são em maioria pagas. Fomos no verão, acredito que no inverno seja mais atrativo. Café da manha com opções básicas, em boa quantidade. Pelo valor, deveria apresentar mais opções de atividades. Porém região não tem tantas ofertas assim.

Simples e Simpática

A pousada é bastante simples e simpática, mas me chamou a atenção de nós mesmos termos que levar as toalhas sujas para a recepção. Tive um pequeno problema para entrar (no check-in) porque o portão de entrada é bem longe da recepção e o interfone não estava funcionando, então tive que esperar um hóspede chegar para conseguir entrar na propriedade. O restaurante só funcionava para o café da manhã, não havendo qualquer opção de alimentação dentro do hotel fora deste horário. Apesar de tudo, acredito que os incovenientes só ocorreram porque eu fui fora da alta temporada e haviam poucos colaboradores trabalhando.

A pousada é linda, porém nos sentimos um pouco abandonados pelos funcionários. Quase não vemos ninguém na pousada, não há serviço de quarto, não há troca de toalhas nem arrumação. Na pousada são oferecidos várias atividades como passeio de cavalo e quadriciclo. Porém, quando fomos fazer o passeio, um dos quadriciclos estava quebrado e alguns de nós não conseguiram realizar o passeio.

Lugar de paz e tranquilidade

Gostamos muito de nos hospedar na pousada. Infelizmente choveu durante os dois dias em que estivemos lá, então não pudemos desfrutar da área externa. Mas, gostamos muito da sala de jogos e o café da manhã foi muito farto e variado. Com certeza voltaremos em outras oportunidades.

Hotel estilo pousada. Bastante contato com a natureza. Ótimo café da manhã, banho e camas! Falha por não ter serviço de camareira, Wi-Fi ruim (4G não funciona lá) e a limpeza da sala de jogos precária - local com muitos insetos.

O anuncio é diferente das instalações disponibilizadas, informa haver banheira de hidromassagem e ducha de hidromassagem, porém ao reclamar do quarto comum a informação recebida foi de que é um erro do hoteis.com! Comprei um tipo de acomodação e recebi outra. O check-in seria a partir das 8h, inclusive tendo recebido WhatsApp de confirmação. Ao chegar as 13:15 tivemos que ficar esperando, havia um cartaz que a recepção neste dia estaria funcionando apenas das 13:30 as 17:30! Cama, travesseiros e lençóis muito bons, chuveiro elétrico diferente das fotos mas era bom, toalhas ruins, nao tem roupeiro nem apoio para as malas, apenas cabideiro aberto. Lugar bonito e piscina boa. Dos animais, apenas patos e algumas ovelhas. Deck do açude com algumas tabuas quebradas. Recepcionista totalmente perdido, não sabia nada, não deu nenhuma informação sobre os atrativos da fazenda. Não condiz com a avaliação nota 10.0 que foi o motivo da minha escolha. Café da manhã ruim.
