I stayed at this hotel for a few days and unfortunately did not receive the five-star service that was expected. Despite being a VIP member through Hotels.com, having already paid for breakfast, and leaving a €600 cash deposit, I was repeatedly disturbed in my room—10 times in one morning. Even while I was in the shower, someone knocked on my door asking for breakfast payment, as if I were trying to avoid paying. This happened despite it not even being my checkout day.
head concierge Carl Phillip is very helpful
It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially given the circumstances. The only highlight of my stay was the concierge team—they were helpful and kind. Sadly, the rest of the experience did not meet the standard advertised. I do not recommend this hotel.
