Decent budgetish hotel
The rooms are small. The location is great but it's in the red light district. It's in no way unsafe (it's Japan) but if that sort of thing bothers you. Food options are excellent around the area. Breakfast was 1300 yen. Decent selection of food without being brilliant. Not many western options.

Great location close to many shops and restaurants a few minute walk from the Shopping street, clean rooms, a little small but not to bad. Just if you have a lot of luggage it can be tight but would stay here again for sure

Excellent hotel, the room is bigger than a business hotel. Everything nice and everything looked new. Close to the namboku subway line. Overall would stay again.

Everything was top notch. It was my 1st vacation in 20 years so I was expecting a lot.
They were great. Good service, polite, discreet, professionnal. For some downtown action, it's just the right spot!
I fell in love with the all-you-can-eat buffet during breakfast too. Nice selection from more western food to traditional japanese like rice, curry and miso soup. Plus it vary every day of my 14 days stay.
The bedroom was just the right fit too. I've been able to use the laundry machine; super easy!
Keep up the good work! Hope to see you next year, gambatte ne!

The hotel rooms are small but pretty clean, good value for the money. However it is located in the red light district, but should not be a problem for most. Only setback with this hotel was the late checkout penalty. I was not aware or warned about this, so my extra half hours end up costing me ¥2,000.

It was okay for a short stay. Beds are comfortable. Room was very small for 3 persons. No space to open a suitcase. Breakfast room too small for the amount of guests at peak time. Variety of food was okay. Location was perfect. Close to public transportation, restaurants and convenience stores. Shopping possibilities very close. Pole Town walk is very impressive.

We stayed for 3 nights. No room service on the first and second day.
Asked the receptionist for taking out the trash and new towels in the morning of our third day. Then they only did the trash for us. No new towels or other room service even I asked politely. And still no room service at all afterwards.
Feeling very disappointed about the service. Reserved a single bed room but gave us a double bed room instead without notice. Room is so small that neither of us could lay out our luggage.
The good thing is the location. It is very convenient. Many food choices.
