Many things broken
this apartment is up three flights of narrow steep stairs. It is in a quiet area with a cafe and a pizza place within a few minute walk. Walking to Ponte Bridge was 10 minutes. Now for the apartment, TV did not work and was never fixed, Nespresso coffee maker was missing. We pointed it out to guy who let us in and was not addressed until day before check out, toilet seat broken, no dish towels or paper towels for dishes. Unit needs dishes/towels/supplies to be updated. They tried to fix toilet with no success, no TV, was given paper towels and dishcloth next day.
