Excellent B&B to stay in St Austell. The host was fantastic and very friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious. In close proximity to the train station and center of town, but not noisy, with very comfortable beds and clean room. Will definitely visit again if I get the chance to. Highly recommended.

The accommodations were just what we needed. They were comfortable, safe, quiet, and had some of the most beautiful views of Cornwall. The family is kind, accomodating, and friendly.
Breakfast was always fresh and delicious!
Views from the bedroom were exceptional. Ask for the St.Ives room 😉

Excellent location for exploring

We found Gwyndra House to be very comfortable, clean and ideally located close to the train and bus station to explore this region of Cornwall. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size too with an amazing shower. The breakfasts are delicious with lots of options. Loved that I could choose what to have. It is very conveniently located and within easy walking distance of the train station. Would definitely stay here again.
