I loved the hotel and how easy is to access all the facilities such as pool restaurant etc The place is just fantastic, the staff super helpful The jacuzzi, sauna and pool a super bonus specially if you travel with children . The food at the hotel is exquisite, breakfast has got a massive variety I have never seen before. Close to the main landmarks and only short distance to the main square Only negative thing, if any, the building outside the hotel but not a big bother in all honesty

The staff at Novotel hotel were exceptional. They were helpful with planning a few trips as well as providing all the local tips . Breakfast and dinner were delicious and we loved how clean and modern the hotel was . Only downside was all the construction around the area .

Would stay here again.
The hotel was clean and the staff were polite which are the two main things we look for. As for the facilities, they were adequate. The children enjoyed the pool and games room. I had an injury on our second day of the holiday and staff were quick to respond and extremely helpful in getting me to A&E and even asked over the coming days if i was ok.

Family Friendly with a great pool
Great place to stay, close to the city center, site seeing, the river, and some great restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a winner, always clean and never crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again if we come back to Krakow.

Nice Familiy hotel in Krakow
Nice hotel in walking distance from the old city. Great pool. Construction work at the entrance, but it should be finisked soon. Free pool-table and table tennis. Breakfast was ok - break could do with an upgrade - children could eat for free. Recommed for a familty vacation.
