Room and bathroom is big, balcony also. Great sea view but not in the beach, walk around 0.4ml. Beach is small but good for swimming and snorkeling. Sea is warm and clean. Very loud at night, every day is dancing and karaoke, not possible to sleep till midnight or later at all.

Great location and panorama view, perfect to reach all important spots of Costa Smeralda. Simple but comfortable rooms. Lovely pool open till night, which is perfect! Nice and convenient restaurant. The hotel was close to the most beautiful beaches and only a small car ride to Olbia city center, where there was a lot of lively streets with fantastic restaurants. The pool was always so clean with amazing views of the sea and mountains around. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The reception helped us rent a car with a very good price for the duration of our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Sardinia.

Quite sure one can find more and better anywhere else. Even by the already low Italian standards, this hotel is way sub par. Zero customer care, non existing guests support, offensive and unacceptable accommodations, regardless of platinum status… carelessness borderline arrogance is business as usual in this place. Out on a hill, very badly connected and served, however the location and landscape is quite nice. Facilities are well kept and decent.
