Location, location, location
A great stay from start to finish. Absolutely wonderful location, less than 5 mins walk to the main shopping streets, next door to Cafe Central and less than 10 mins to most of the Christmas markets (which is what we went for). All that yet in a nice quiet street, the only noise was the clip clop of the horses pulling the numerous carriages. The room was modern, comfy and spacious with all the amenities you could want. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Vienna, we will be back.
The hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location perfect, and the bar/restaurant had great food. They helped us get concert tickets. Our experience was so positive, we are ready to go back.

Our room was big and very nice. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, within walking distance to many sightseeing spots and also next to a metro station.

It is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly. Clean and safe. The only challenge was with the front desk. Upon arrival I was told that I had not paid in advance, which I had. That’s ok and was told it was taken care of, it was not, as when I checked out I was again told I owed money. Very frustrating. We also asked for a corkscrew that was to be sent to our room. After an hour we were told there were not any available. Also asked to arrange a taxi to depart early in the morning. The taxi was not ordered and we had to flag one down. All the staff were very friendly but we were frustrated

Very nice building, updated suites with broken ítems (the shower is a hell of s story!!!) . Staff is unprofesional and not polite at all. The woman leading u to your breakast table is the most rude person u can think for that kind of job. Today she screamed at my sister (after 7 nights at the hotel) because she did not mention our room number, what I had already done. A boring breakast, not fresh made really. In the "supossed" Best Suite of the hotel there were wet towels in between the windows because of the rain. My advice: RUN as fast as u can from this place

We thought this hotel was wonderful!!! We had a corner room on the upper floor and it was beautiful!!! The other person in our group had a regular room that was not quite as grand feeling.
The rooms and lobby and bar are beautiful. And the location is great if you like to be where you can walk to lots of things. There is a gym and spa in the hotel.
If we return to Vienna we will stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location and in a gorgeous building, rebuilt with kind of "grand chain non style" that make it looses a lot of charm. As an Architect design is one of the issues I value the most. Large Deluxe suite. But the well deserve 2 stars (going to one!) is the staff. The front desk are merely ok, after 6 consecutive nights and 7 days nobody ever asked if we were doing fine or could they improve anything. Mostly they did not even say "Hallo" or "Guten Morgen". Breakast is ok, every day the same offer with very poor bread and pastry. Hot omelettes ir so depens on who is working on ir. Most of the days they seem to be teaching young cooks how to do a proper eggs Benedict or omelette instead of taking care of your choice. Mine was supposed to include ham, cheese and mushrooms but only cheese was in it. Over burnt also. Every day the same lady maitre checked on paper and asked for our room number, not a word of welcome and she never seemed to realized we were coming back day after day. Most hotels (Even cheaper around Europeo) have tablets with your name and long of your stay to welcome u in a more personalized way. Must say a young tall lady with a pony tail was the exception to the rule. And the "BEST" at the end. You get two bottles of water (less than one Euro each ) at arrival. Never again although I asked because those are the rules! As to house keeping it's one of the worst I can think of. Last nights they refill body lotion with water and I got soaked.
