Great food/beer in the South End and Elizabeth neighborhoods. Highly recommend Customshop for dinner. Milkbread was delicious for breakfast (donuts, coffee, and fried chicken). Also enjoyed Sycamore brewing and The Cellar at Duckworth's for cocktails

What's not to like? Great restaurants, hidden gems called "museums," the White Water Center, amazing Southern culture (even if it is being diluted by other amazing cultures), parks and greenways, food trucks galore, and just plain cool people.

Next to the Charlotte Speedway, the highlight of our trip was to stop at the FREE Billy Graham Library! We wanted our granddaughter to see why Billy Graham was sought out by 11 US Presidents. Billy Graham was definitely God's chosen servant!

Charlotte is a great city that has a lot of great attractions. We had Chima for dinner, it was a great evening. We walked there from the hotel, people were out and about walking the city. The lights make it magical!

Charlotte has a lot to offer. My daughter and I visited the museums, rode the Trams, went to a baseball game and movie and had fun at the Taste of Charlotte festival. Overall, I would come back to Charlotte.

Worked in uptown Charlotte 2014 and 2015 and it had an active nightlife then and it appears to be more so now. Very walkable with great public transportation.
"Very Nice hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and modern with a luxurious feel throughout. Valet parking was a little overpriced at $48/daily. But everything else was exquisite. "
"I always stay here when I have an early flight. There’s a Mexican restaurant in walking distance that has good food. Staff is always professional and courteous. The room has everything you need. It is clean and comfortable. "
