Vanessa, the receptionist is always smiling and willing to help. On the other hand, Omar, is also attentive and speak English. He sells his jewelries and definitely help him purchase something.

Loved the old colonial atmosphere of the property, how clean it was and how attentive staff were to requests. Plus you get the benefit of 2 restaurants- 1 for breakfast and lunch and a modern sports bar. It was beautiful and convenient. The only downside was that it can get warm in the room on hot days.

Beautiful cozy hotel, exelente location close to everything you need within walking distance. Also, people in this town are very friendly and helpful when it comes to giving you directions. Also this town is super clean and you'll fall in love with every single old house and buildings. I'm definitely going back soon.

NO ONE spoke a lick of English, so communication with the front desk was hand signals and frustration. The toilet was broken and despite numerous attempts to have it fixed the issue was not resolved so I had to flush it by filling a trash can with water for our entire stay.

The restaurant

You cant get more central to everything than this place. One block to the main squares. Plenty of Restaurnts and shops around.Mostly flat terrain so very strollable. I was in a room on the quadrangle and it was a bit too noisy for my liking. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable, little tearrace at the back is pleasant. The Colonial rooms are a bit smaller but are in an area where the outside noise is cancelled. Sitting in the quadrangle itself is so nice and peaceful, I just wish the restaurant staff would have played the music quietly instead of at 100db.

When I'm back in this city, I'll stay here again
The stay was awesome and so was the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the hotel itself was in a great location. Not too close to the town square and not too far away. The place was kept clean, the staff was always cleaning something. It was very picturesque. Omar, who tends a very nice stand in the front was awesome. He spoke English which was a great help for me since my Spanish is very limited. Great time. And the restaurant and staff there was great too....! I would highly recommend.
