We booked this hotel after a trip to visit family in Atlanta got cancelled due to a Covid outbreak. Since we’d packed and already boarded the dogs, we figured we’d take a mini-staycation.
Part of the reason we booked this hotel is because of the amenities it offered, including WiFi, which was important to us, since we have a 5 and 7 year old. We couldn’t get any of our devices to connect to the network. Even their TV, which features some streaming services, had some issues connecting. I was out in contact with their IT service department, and I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with them troubleshooting and trying to find a resolution, with no success. We eventually checked out and asked for a refund. We wanted to get the most out of our short time.
The property was fine, and the staff was friendly. But we just couldn’t get anything to work. Worth noting, we had no issues connecting any of our devices to tue next property that we checked into.
