We reserved two rooms: one for one person and one for 3 people. At the check in, the male employee assured us we had reserved a triple room for the one guess room and not refunds were possible at that point (ok, fine), but the other 3 people were assigned to a double room.
When I asked the same guy for the lack of a third bed and space in our room his solution was to switch rooms with the one guess room person, BUT still not refunding anything.
Finally, after making the male staff member realize that it would be unfair because we were paying for 2 triple accommodation room and we would be getting one triple and one double room without any refund, he accepted us to move to a more spacious room and give us an extra single bed, that was still smaller than the sofa bed provided in a triple accommodation room.
That without counting that at arrival we asked if the one guess could occupy a double or single room and he said he just said we could but paying for a single room but without refunding the triple accommodation room “initially reserved by us”. This was a clear insult to our intelligence.
