Okay Stay - Not worth the value.
It was just okay on all levels. Stained mattress, bath sink blocked, needed to run water in the tub for at least 3 minutes to get hot water. Shampoo, soap and conditioner appear cheap with plain scent.

Do not use hotels.com
The hot water does not work. Used bars of soap and hair everywhere. Manager Joaquin said he would document everything so i could receive a refund through hotels.com. Hotels.com said there is nothing they could do.

Good but shower and hot water need work
While I was able to get checked into my room fairly easily. I was a bit frustrated with the shower/bath. I waited 10 minutes for hot water that never did come and when I initially turned on the water some brown did come out of the spout which did put me off. I ended up not showering just because of the initial brown I saw.

The staff was excellent polite and nice I came very late in the evening from being delayed at the airport and was looking for a ride. Contacted them several times and was very understanding and let me know my room was ready and just check in when I got there. Excellent Service

The stay was good, we didn’t really stay in the room since we were visiting family and only needed a place to sleep. They do need more staff at night time. There was only 1 staff to do everything at night and it’s inconvenient when there’s plenty of people who needs something.

The issue with the property is not enough parking! The hotel have a contract with a company and the workers utilize 3 or more spots at a time. They relax at the end of the day by drinking ALCOHOL, smoking their cigarettes and congregating in the parking lot nightly. Once I had to wait over 10 minutes to get into the hotel’s parking lot because a worker blocked the only entrance/exit while he go take a #2. The property staff doesn’t say anything to them because they bring the most business, they can do no wrong. There’s only 1 washer 1 dryer for the entire hotel and they are the ones utilizing it 99% of the time.
