Hugo, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This property was very dated. This would be an amazing place if updates were done to the rooms. The staff was amazing, especially Kayla that was working in the coffee shop/deli area and Travis the Night Shift employee. Very personable and was the best part of the day.
Ginger, 1-night trip

A very nice property, but it just needs some updating

Great location near Mt Charleston with great views. Wild horses were seen each evening. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They were dated, but that did not bother us.

Great stay!
Thomas, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

The location is great! The property has a lot of deferred maintenance and the restaurant food was very disappointing (breakfast and dinner). Staff are nice and courteous. Rooms are clean.

This find was amazing! Super cute, older facility with a great restaurant and amazing staff working their tails off on the busy Memorial Day weekend. We would go there again if we are in that area.
Jennifer, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The Retreat on Charlston Peak is a beautiful property and an exquisite location. We enjoyed the craft fair, and even bustling with people, it’s peaceful here. The restaurant was terrific, especially the breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.
Chris, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Quiet location. Convenient to hiking trails in the area. Our room had a balcony with 2 chairs and was nice to watch the morning sunrise. Staff as great. Room was a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful views, nice and cool, Lisa of stars at night.
Echo, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Very nice staff, but the room had a nonfunctional thermostat and heater
Jennifer, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The Retreat at Charleston Peak is anything but a retreat. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Maintenance has been neglected for years and ownership must not care. To describe the hotel in one word -- decrepit.
Thomas, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Private with great staff
Paula, 2-night trip

Nice for family

Paradise away from the city

I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff welcomed me and while i was there. It was storming. I was able to sleep with my door open and watched the rain. Also the hotel staff rented me binoculars to stargaze it was nice.
