The property is awesome but could use a little attention to detail. Upon greeting it would be nice to learn of the properties amenities (I.e. tennis courts with lessons available). Which restaurants are open when, and some visitor conveniences would be nice - snorkel gear, tennis rackets. The toilets by the beach should be checked regularly for cleanliness.

Positives: - reception staff are extremely welcoming and helpful - the main pool is great - variety of food options at dinner buffet Negatives: - breakfast / dinner / poolside service is terrible, inefficient and chaotic (tables not cleared, food not replenished, no knives and forks etc) - management issue not the fault of any of the servers - generally quite dated look to the resort - rooms are too dark - no water to shower one evening - overpriced

Pros: A comfortable resort with a number of restaurants, activities and large and beautiful swimming pool. Cons: No sandy beach on site and nearby. The road from the highway to the hotel is tricky and of poor quality

Ok hotel - great pool and sun beds

Pools and sun bed area by the ocean are amazing. Breakfast is good and the restaurants are decent. The service is not that great but I would not expect much more from a hotel in Sicily. One thing that was a disappointment was the ”boat service” to Brucoli that didn’t go a single day during our stay due to bad weather. However the weather was fine and instead we had to take a taci for 20€. Overall good stay

Unfortunately the staff was very slow and unsafe. The food was way too expensive for the quality. The room was also very dusty and it hadn't been vacuumed once in 7 days. You had to clear the breakfast tables yourself to get a seat. In itself a very nice hotel but the service and cleanliness really need to be improved.

In stanza la manager Claudia Romeo ti lascia il suo biglietto da visita per dirti qualsiasi problema fammi sapere.. la cena super tutto molto gustoso non messo per riempire ma cucinato con cura, si capisce che lo chef ha una predilezione per le melanzane e sa davvero come cucinarle. We made a last minute booking for our family at this hotel. The location was superb as was the quality of the hotel. The rooms felt very spacious and private, there was a great kids pool as well as a huge main pool and even a lovely seaside terrace with access to the ocean. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful - they would do everything possible to help with our every request BUT there were not enough staff - particularly at the breakfast buffet. The staff were so overwhelmed and could not keep up with the demand which meant it could be hard to find a clean table, a plate or even sometimes food. There was also no children’s menu for dinners and the dinner service was late by UK kids standards. We have fussy eaters which meant this was very difficult for us to navigate. Again the staff were so great - always trying to help us. Food wise for the adults it was fabulous - we absolutely loved the Japanese restaurant right on the waters edge. It’s been an incredible holiday and I would highly recommend for families.

Struttura di livello, camere spaziose e ben fornite di accessori. Occhio ai ristoranti, a mio avviso troppo cari. Gli ospiti si spostano quindi a pranzo nei bar per degli snack, quindi se intendi recarti anche tu al bar sappi che i tempi di attesa sono lunghi e non hai la certezza di poter mangiare in quanto finiscono facilmente tutto.

Topp hotell

Vi bodde på et veldig fint hotell med god service. Jeg reiste sammen med mine to døtre, og begge fant aktiviteter de likte godt. Den ene deltok på dykkekurs, mens den andre koste seg med bassenget og solsengene ved havet. Maten var fantastisk, med stor variasjon i restaurantene alt fra sushi og pasta til pizza. Prisnivået var omtrent dobbelt så høyt som i Catania, men kvaliteten på mat var topp, så det føltes verdt pengene. Hotellet tilbød mange aktiviteter, og vi meldte oss blant annet på et pizzakurs – en 10/10 opplevelse! Claudia, en av lederne der, var utrolig flink med gjestene. Hun fortjener virkelig fem stjerner for sin innsats. Vi benyttet oss også av spa-avdelingen, som var utrolig behagelig og avslappende. Den eldste datteren min var veldig fornøyd med dykkekurset, selv om det selvfølgelig kostet litt ekstra. Stor takk til Lorenzo, hennes dykkeinstruktør, som kom hele veien fra Siracusa, og lærte henne det viktigste på noen få dager! Alt i alt var oppholdet så bra at vi definitivt kommer tilbake! Det eneste minuset var betalingssystemet. Vi opplevde flere ukjente trekk fra vår Visa-konto og ble i tillegg dobbelt belastet for city tax. Det var vanskelig å få oversikt over hva vi faktisk hadde brukt, siden vi ikke fikk kvitteringer på alle transaksjonene. Vi anbefaler derfor å følge nøye med på kontoen underveis i oppholdet. Anbefaling til hotellet å sende kvitteringer på mail for belastning av kortet, da det var ubehagelig å ta dette opp i resepsjonen.

Massive resort, nice location, poor room

It is an ok resort, but not with the extra finish line. We got a poor room compared with category (deluxe with sea view), it was no sea view, smaller than promised (not 25sqm), and no balcony or seating outside.

Beautiful resort with plenty to do. We had glorious weather and lived the pool areas and multiple access to the sea. Gym was great and we enjoyed all the dining options. We opted to to the wine tasting which was great - met some lovely people and the staff were great.

Difficilmente si trova personale così cordiale. É una struttura adatta a persone che vogliono rilassarsi durante il loro soggiorno. Non c’è animazione e dopo le 23 già regna un gran silenzio. Ottima la possibilità di scegliere fra i ristoranti presenti dove anche lì troverete personale molto disponibile e accogliente. A fine soggiorno ci hanno concesso una camera d’appoggio prima della partenza. Posto veramente bello
