Fantastic hotel in London near the Victoria train station. Very convenient and beautiful place to stay. A little pricey but it’s London. Our second time to stay here two years running. Good hotel in nice location

Nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast is fantastic. Bell boys and house keeping staff are outstanding, however, front desk personnel really need extensive training in customer service. Their way of supporting guests is far from friendly and proactive. I have visited many Riu hotels in the past and this is the first time that I encounter such bad attitude and lack of interest from front desk personnel.
