Great experience but disappointed with certain aspects of service. Too many waiters at breakfast and most of them confuse orders or entirely forget them. This issue occurred a number of times. Spice portion needs to be considered especially for foreign tourists .

Nice Hotel
This is an older hotel but very nice to stay in. The room was clean and comfortable with everything as it should be. Great breakfast also. Would certainly stay again.

No issue with the property and the amenities, except during the checkin process the front desk manager was not at all accommodating, despite the booking was under my name and i shower my ID proof and there were my old parents too checkin with me so she asked for their id's which i did not bring along, she said she cannot allow them and they have to wait until i can go get their id's , this is very bad of the front office manager and she has to know minimum courtesy exists, she could have given us the room then atleast my old parents would be in the room as i could have gone and fetch their id's, this is where star hotels get a mark on their prestigious properties - please work on min courteousness and hope this doesn't repeat in future with guests
