The hotel is situated on a hill side with amazing views of the surrounding hills and sea which adds to the tranquility of the place. Coming from crazy Santorini, this place was a nice change-of-pace. I'm not sure I'd rate it a four star as some things just aren't up to par, like a out-of-commissioned hot tub, old loungers (along with newer ones), squeaky beds, etc. We had an issue with our room in that we booked a sea-view room and were given an much lesser room because they did not have one available. In the meantime we saw families check into their sea-view rooms and raised this with management, to no avail. On our last night, they moved us to our room which was much nicer than our previous room. They had no intention of reimbursing us (I pre-paid) so I contacted Hotels.com to see if they could assist. While they were unable to convince the hotel management to reimburse us, Hotel.com gave us a voucher for our troubles... thanks guys! When I checked out, I asked management if they would consider waiving our small bar bill in lieu of the reimbursement of which they did. Overall, nice place, amazing view, great pool, staff looked tired, and not a four star... maybe 3.5.
