Amazing property .. good service .. good tour to palace hotel .. but the service here is top notch. Prachi Nishant and sourav are big help and the manager Riki is amazing. Tajness needs to be present.
The property is good but obviously not Taj standard but understandable for Varanasi . The service however specifically the breakfast resturant is a far cry from say 2 years ago to date because they starff that wander around and pay little attention to guest . We complained and they were apologetic and in departure gave us a gift .i will really like to see the realy Tajness service in future .
