The staff here were all friendly and helpful - 5 stars for staff. The security and convenience of the parking garage was excellent- 5 stars. The breakfast and lobby were very good for the price - one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. 5 stars for breakfast and lobby. The problem was the room: The room was very hot - you cannot significantly adjust the room temperature. Front desk confirmed this. I was miserably hot and could not sleep - 1 star. The curtains on the window were falling off - a 5 foot section had fallen off before our arrival and this is how they introduced us to the room. Also the beds were very soft and lumpy so no proper comfort or back support - 3 stars for the beds. Finally the โ€œfloatingโ€ night stand on one side of bed was broken and hanging down at an angle rather than flat, so between this and the large curtains hanging off of the window it just felt rundown and not cared for- it was a negative ambiance in the room.

Hotel is fine. We booked a room for four persons, two beds were pull-up beds. They were ok. There was supposed to be extra pillows to chose that were softer, but only two were available, so only comfort for two persons. We chose a place where breakfast was praised on hotels.com. This breakfast was midiocre, but poorly made. In example, bacon was uncooked, and soft boiled eggs were cooked almost bluish. When I wanted to evalute this in your questionary breakfast was not an something to give stars. So, how in yhe world do you know that breakfast is top rated ifyou do not give costumers the chance to rate breakfast. I feel cheated since this was the reason we chose this exact hotel. Staff was nice.

Rooms with no microwave and fridge, in 2025 which hotel donโ€™t have microwave and fridge,, they should do better than that
