Nice hotel. I did find it strange there is no water in the room because they want to protect the environment but they want to clean your room everyday and replace towels. Should have the option to opt out of daily room clean.

The hotel is right next to porte des versailles where the trade shows take place. Overall the location is out of the way from the many Paris attractions

What happened to the pool?

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the amazing looking pool featured in the pictures. I wasn’t told when booking, or when checking in that the pool was closed and completely drained of any water. Ruined my stay completely

The staff was super friendly and accommodating - they arranged for our taxi back to the airport and were kind answering all our questions.
