This hotel looks its age, but it is clean, the staff is great, the breakfast was better than many and there are convenient shuttles for the train and airport. I’d stay here again.

Comfortable stay. Family mart in hotel premises are useful and have good food options and shuttle service to airport also very useful.

Nice and clean, the shuttle bus service to the airport and to the shopping center/subway station is incredibly helpful since there isn't really much of anything to do in the immediate area of the hotel and the front desk staff were very kind.

The staff was very helpful. It was easy to get transportation either through the hotel's shuttle or the taxi's right outside the hotel.

Excellent service. Breakfast was really good! Being close to the airport with shuttle service was a bonus! Highly recommend if traveling to/from Narita airport.

Our stay was ok for one night…. Rooms are dated, couch was stained… buffet was good for both dinner and breakfast.. free shuttle and close to airport.

I liked the Onsen and fresh breakfast. Only I concerned was smell of the room bathroom. But staff was nice and helpful. I was happy to stay here and will come back someday.
