My first stay in this hotel was June last year. It’s clean and new at that time. But the level of cleanliness declines rapidly. The chair is full of shoes marks and the carpet is dirty. But I have to give compliments to the staff. They are polite and helpful.

Very kind and accommodating staff who allowed me to check in early n check out slightly later due to my flight being at 630pm.
Lovely room n shower. Everything worked well and breakfast was hearty enough. Love the beehoon soup - had it every morning😁

The staff were amazing! Very helpful and communicate well, from the front desk, room service staff, restaurant and even security staff. I had an overall enjoyable stay. The hotel's location is very convenient for moving around, getting taxis and even walking short distances to malls, restaurants and other businesses.

必要十分なホテル
ジム、サウナ、プール、朝食付き。
サウナは温まるのに時間がかかるが、付いている事がありがたい。
朝食はブュッフェの他、egg station とヌードルオーダーができて十分。
室内も使いやすく、仕事がしやすいデスクが付いています。

Ok stay
Hotel organised pickup from airport worked well. ($15) for return grab and PassApp were much cheaper (about $8).
Reception was ok but concierge can’t make restaurant reservations.
Club room was spacious but cleaning was not up to scratch. Air con worked well but was noisy. Wifi dropped out and slowed down at times.
Bed was comfy. The club lounge is closed. The restaurant has great ice cold beer and does the best beef lok lak we had in our 10 days in Cambodia. But the we’re short of ingredients and some dishes/wine weren’t available.
At checkout the had to confirm I had paid through hotels.com lucky I had print outs. Why couldn’t that have been sorted earlier? It all worked fine in the end.
Location is good with a few decent restaurants in walking distance. S21 is also walkable. Central market would probably require a tik tuk. PassApp generally gets lower fares than grab. But try both.
Our room also smelled of stale cigarette smoke.
Overall ok but I think I’d look elsewhere for next time.

Total disappointment
I booked a "club room" expecting the full club experience. However there is no club experience here, apparently it's "coming soon". So I paid more money for nothing. I was able however to get a late checkout which was nice. Also we were upgraded to the suite room which we appreciated, so I understand they tried to make us happy. And what I didn't tell them as.i was so tired of complaining that trash was under the sink in the upgraded room. I just didn't have the heart to complain anymore. Breakfast is ok. Sorry but if we ever returned to phnom Penh I would choose a different hotel.

Stolen money and No refund after promised
This feedback might get deleted but it needs to be said. There is a thief at this hotel. And the date my money was stolen/ replaced with fakes was Tues Jan 10, 2023. I asked to see the footage but the CCTV camera footage and the door lock caputure cards times and dates were so different that it confused us and wasted our time. I didn't even get to check the rest of the day. If this gets to higher level personel please look into Tues Jan 10 between 9am to 11am & 2pm to 6pm.
Also more disgusting was the outright lie that the General Manager of your Hotel told me. When I relized I couldn't get anywhere watching the CCTV footage and door capture times as the discrepancy were so great. In the end I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe to continue staying at your hotel. I wanted to check out.
When I asked if he could refund me for the days after I checked he said they could do nothing and I needed to go through my booking agency. I got a receipt of checking out of your hotel as of Jan 16th. I paid in full from Jan 9th to Jan 22nd for $60/night. And only asked for the refund for the remaining days.
So I contacted my booking agent and they contacted your hotel to get my refund for the balance of my stay. The agent said YOUR hotel would only honor the original contract.
Was this the absolute outcome regardless of what we found on the video tapes???... I have serious doubt about your hotel. The General Manager just say I needed to go through my booking agent to get me to leave

This hotel has been exceptionally accommodating. The staff are great friendly and supporting of any issues. Rooms are always cleaned everyday.

I'm mostly satisfied with staying at this hotel. Breakfast was good and stuff was friendly. The only thing is that I asked laundry and all clothes folded so as to pack easily when leaving next day. But they were not folded. I claimed and got some discount.
