Rooms were a little small, not much storage, especially for 2 large suitcases, which had to stay on floor and we had to walk over them to get to door. I think this is a great hotel at a reasonable price. It is within walking distance of so many sights with buses and trains a couple of minutes walk away if you prefer to ride. The staff is very nice, there is a bar with a nice selection of food and drinks. We were able to park our rental car in the park garage @ 26€ per day. It was great to be able to come back to our room and enjoy the air conditioning after being out in the heat all afternoon exploring the city.

Location was adjacent to Rio Nervion and the pedestrian bridge for quick access into Bilbao. We arrived early from an overnight flight from the U.S., and the front desk staff were able to accommodate us with an upgrade (small fee) to a larger suite so we could get some sleep!
