There was no microwave in the rooms or nearby had to go downstairs to have staff warm up food.The microwave was a big downfall since we ate out a lot and had leftovers.We were unable to enjoy the outside bar due to the small rainfall. Balcony was nice but can can climb over to the next. Overall stay was nice front desk manager on duty she was very nice provided us with wheelchair for mom and places to go for dinner. Bartender both ladies were very nice and one was willing to learn a new drink! Hallways were clean, downstairs bathroom nice! Our shower was clean but little areas that needed work/updating. Housekeeping did not speak English but tried hard to understand what we needed she did good!

Overall good stay, however the rooftop bar they advertise and show pictures of is not actually open for use (which is not disclosed until you ask). The 5th floor bar by the pool always looks closed, and $20/person for a regular hotel breakfast. Location was great though. In comparison to other hotels in the area, this one is overpriced and we will be looking at other stays for next trip.

My fiancé and I were able to go on our first vacation, we chose this hotel based on the location and price. We booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed, didn’t worry much about the view or getting a balcony as we weren’t planning on being in the room much anyways. The woman who checked us in was absolutely lovely, she noticed it was my birthday the following day and tried to upgrade us to a room with a balcony, but it was Labor day weekend so everything was booked. She did give me a card for a free drink though, which was much appreciated, along with a room with a phenomenal view. Our room was clean, the large windows allowed us to have an ocean view and it was everything that we needed. The valet’s were amazing and the one with long hair gave us suggestions and was just overall very kind. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone to stay, we are definitely coming back here next year. :)

Our stay was wonderful! Our room was on the 7th floor, we had a view of the gulf and could see Pier 60. The room was clean, the air was cold, complementary bottle water, housekeeping did an amazing job, all the front desk staff and pool staff were excellent, the pool was on the 5th floor and you could see the gulf while sitting by the pool, we had a rental car for the week and the valet parking was awesome. They were so nice and always said “welcome back” we thought that was a nice touch! We were able to walk to the beach, shopping, and the hotel is within walking distance to some amazing restaurants.

Everything was in great order and hotel is in great location close to the beach and restaurants. The only issue is the poor “European inspired” breakfast. Nothing “European” with super low quality “prosciutto” (actually it’s a low quality ham), by 9am no croissants, coffee machine not working, etc. Besides that, it’s a very good hotel for the price.
