This hotel is near the Nish-shinjuku Station. It’s easy for my family to take the public transit to our destinations oaround Tokyo. The front desk staff are friendly and answered my questions. However, they need to update the coin laundry machines. There were a total of 3 machines - 1 washer, 1 dryer, and 1 combo washer & dryer. There was always people waiting to do their laundry, which made it inconvenient for many of us.

Thick tracks of dust by sides of bed ( it ciuld be rolled) and a pubic hair in bathroom...not ours! Too small to be sold a triple rooms. It was actually dangerous
