For the Beyonce concerts in June I went to this hotel. The room was really nice. The beds was really comfy and I liked the window seat. I had a pleasant stay and it was easy travelling to the hotspurs stadium as well as london city and LCY airport. Staff was nice and very friendly too.

Great property. Stayed there years ago when it was The Ace and it may be even better as One Hundred. I didn’t realise breakfast was included in my booking which was a nice surprise — but tbh the hotel restaurant (which I guess functions as a standalone, too?) wasn’t very good. That said, the hotel bar and coffee shop were great. Overall, absolutely loved it and would come back — but I’ll have breakfast somewhere else.

Amazing stay at this hotel! The aesthetics and bed were so modern and comfortable! The details to the hotel, self check in (with helpful front desk agents still on site) made this place well worth the stay. I will definitely be back! I wish the rooftop bar was open past 11:45pm, other than that, I enjoyed the coconut water with matcha foam in the cafe on early mornings. Walkable to great shopping and dining!
