I’d not recommend this place at all: it felt unsafe as door didn’t close from inside, there was no wardrobe or anywhere to store the belongings, the mini bar was so outdated and rusty and the room has no ventilation either any window at all. As a female solo traveler I felt so unsafe that I left the hotel as soon as I’ve checked in and booked another place for my 7 nights stay which is such a shame as I’ve double paid for this week accommodation in Salvador. As the hotel reception was packed I’ve left the hotel and went back the following day to check out only. When I checked out 6 nights before my original check out day the receptionist didn’t ask me why I was checking out much earlier than I booked for either asked me if everything was ok. I’m glad I didn’t stay more than 5 minutes at this hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs if possible.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, it was dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere, the food was inedible and it was uncomfortable. I'm sorry to say the hotel is a blatant disgrace.

Recepção lotada, atendimento lento, desorganizada, cheking lento, esperamos 70min pela liberaçao do quarto. Quarto insalubre, paredes mofadas e umidade em alguns pontos, desconfortável (colchao pessimo, travesseiros horriveis), banheiro mofado, box imundo, papel higienico folha simples, sem tapete e sem toalha de rosto. Café da manhã foi a unica coisa que salvou a eatadia, dentro do razoavel. E o estacionamento privativo tb é bom, seguro.

Me hospedou nesse hotel a mais de 20 anos e infelizmente dessa vez me assustei muito, tendo em vista que o hotel está em estado precário no meu quarto tinha vazamento no banheiro e mal cheiro, a pia do banheiro só funcionava a água quente a fria não funcionava, a janela estava quebrada, ou seja, se tivesse uma criança pequena era arriscado topar na janela e cair. O café da manhã precisa ter mais funcionários para repor as coisas mais rápido e lavar os pratos e etc para repor. O cuscuz muito seco. Enfim precisa melhorar principalmente a estrutura do prédio que está horrível, porém os funcionários são excelentes e mesmo diante da decadência do estabelecimento estão dando o sangue para amenizar a situação para os clientes.

Recepção mal treinada para atender, tratamento com descaso, roupas de cama mal cuidada, parecia usada, sem cheiro de limpeza, travesseiros velhos encardidos. Piso sujo, solicitamos pano de piso para saida do box e não tivemos retorno. Solicitei mais uma vez de outro funcionário, esse se fez de desinformado e pediu que buscasse junto a recepção que também não atendeu, até porque no quarto não existe interfone. Cansativo descer e subir escada e nada.
