Not happy
The hotel was very disorganized, I had to pay extra money and taxes that I wasn’t informed about. So the room cost more then the price was given on the website.My room was dirty. Bathtub was full of sand and shower curtain was not even on. One towel was only in my room.

Crappy customer service
Well check in was ok. I had already paid a down payment and was told that when I got there I would have a certain amount left to pay which was fine. When I was told the total amount due that I owed I paid it. The next morning I looked at my bank account and they took out the WHOLE total amount of my stay. I even went downstairs and tried to explain to the older gentleman and it was like I had the proof on my phone and he was still calling me a liar. I was fed up! Went back to the room and called my bank. The lady at the bank did verify that they did take out the total amount of my whole stay. Went downstairs called my bank in front of them and the older gentleman wouldn’t hardly let the lady at my bank talk. I went back to my room called my bank again and verified again and it was the total amount. So not only did I pay a deposit but I also paid the whole total amount of my stay. Which was over $504. Every time me and my daughters would go downstairs after that the older gentleman would look at us and just shake his head. Also he keep trying to tell me I booked through Expedia! I was like dude no I didn’t. Will never go to this place again. Their communication sucks. The manager acts like they are scared to get out the office to fix a problem. There was pub hair in the hot tub. They never brought us extra towels. Stains on the sheets. Property itself just looked all around rough! Also we was getting woke up every morning at 5:30-6 with kids running nonstop the floor above us.

The photos look SO much better than in person. It is run down and needs a facelift for sure. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, the shower didn’t drain, the first room we checked into smelled like smokers but the very nice concierge moved us without a problem. Not worth the money.

No housekeeping.
The room was beautiful, but I was surprised that there was not any housekeeping during our stay. We had to ask for towels and take out our own trash. Most of the extracurricular activities were closed but was told they would be opened. The hot tubs had so many chemicals that it bleached my swimsuit but was still relaxing. I would visit again but only during the summer.

Excellent stay in a lovely location
We had a lovely stay. The weather was perfect and there are so many fun things to do at the resort. The front desk attendants were very kind and professional. The room rates were extremely reasonable this time of year, and we are overall pleased with our stay. If you do stay this time of year, just be aware that some resort options are not available everyday of the week - such as the gameroom and putt putt. BUT that doesn’t change our feelings about our stay - we are grateful for a wonderful experience. Thank you.

We couldn't Check-In at 4!!!!
Check-In was terrible! The lady at front desk was somewhat helpful. But we arrivedc from out of town and had to wait 2 hours after check-in time,to actually check in- because housekeeping was still cleaning!That wasn't cool!A gentleman at the front desk stepped in ,and waived my remaining balance, after I requested!

Great Experience as Always! Air conditioner in room did not cool room to preferred temperature. Light above table did not work. Toilet clogged and when engineering came they didn’t really say anything. Slightly odd.

We had a great stay. There was a few things that could have been better. The carts to transport luggage was small and not at all easy to use! And the cleaning staff knocked but tried them just walk in when we were still in room. We asked them to come back later and bring towels and stuff which they never did. Then on last day we were there about 9:30 AM they just came d as no opened the door. No knocking or anything. I was going back and forth taking things down to car my wife was still getting ready to leave and he walked in on her. I told the front desk about it and said it was a good thing she was dressed already because we eould have had a very serious situation. But over all it was a great stay celebrating our 27th Anniversary!!
